Cannot operate or operates weakly
Common reasons:
Insufficient charging of the battery; The connection between the battery and the starter motor is disconnected, the wiring clip is loose, or the battery pole is severely oxidized; The electromagnetic switch guide vane is severely eroded or has poor contact with the two main terminals; Excessive wear of the electric brush, broken spring, or electric card stuck in the brush holder; There is oil contamination or severe erosion of the rectifier blade between the electric brush and the rectifier; Partial short circuit or open circuit of winding; The armature winding and commutator segments have solder joints; Bearing or copper sleeve wear causes rotor sweeping; Four electric brushes were installed incorrectly or the gap between the newly replaced shaft sleeves was too large during installation.

① The contact of the electromagnetic switch is too early, the engagement gear has not yet engaged, and the starter motor has already started rotating.
② The installation of the fork is incorrect, and the fork sliding column is installed inside the moving bushing, which prevents the motor gear from rotating together with the fork.
③ The gap between the electromagnetic switch core and the connecting rod is too large.
④ The starter motor gear is severely worn and cannot mesh with the flywheel ring gear.
⑤ The one-way clutch slips and cannot drive the flywheel ring gear to rotate.
